The Garmont Tactical T8 Extreme EVO 200g Thinsulate™ is an AR670-1 and DAFI 36-2903 compliant, insulated military boot built for cold conditions, from cool, windy days to freezing temperatures. A 200g 3M Thinsulate® insulation layer provides warmth without the bulk of heavier insulation, which keeps the boot comfortable for active movement, and the VIBRAM® Campiglio outsole delivers grip, support, and traction on terrain from rocky paths to icy surfaces.

The 1.8 mm suede leather upper with polyester inserts is built for durability, speed lacing with closed hook eyelets secures the fit, and the Ortholite® Ultra footbed adds cushioning and breathability for long wear.

It weighs 685 g (half pair, size 9 US) and is non-waterproof.
