The Garmont Tactical T8 Extreme WP 400g Thinsulate™ is an AR670-1 and DAFI 36-2903 compliant, waterproof military boot built for extreme cold and wet winter conditions, including prolonged exposure to snow, slush, and freezing temperatures.

3M™ 400g Thinsulate™ insulation traps heat during long missions in harsh cold, and the proprietary G-DRY membrane is waterproof and windproof while maintaining breathability.

A cupped box construction combines the midsole and outsole as one unit for increased grip and stability, and the VIBRAM® Atlas outsole provides traction and support.

The 8" boot has a 1.8 mm suede leather upper with breathable polyester inserts, an Ortholite® Ultra footbed for cushioning and ventilation, and a 15 mm heel-to-toe drop. It weighs 730 g (half pair, size 9 US).
